What is Neon EVM?
Neon EVM is an Ethereum Virtual Machine operating as a smart contract on Solana. Neon Proxy accepts transactions at public PRC endpoints and compiles these to SVM, to be executed on Solana by Neon EVM. This allows dApps to send Ethereum-like transactions for processing on Solana according to Ethereum rules.
